It says 1500 songs, with an asterisk. Read what the fine print says.
Probably something like "At 48kbps WMA, assuming 5 minutes per song".
You're probably using 128kbps MP3... ? If that's the case, then of
course you can't fit as many songs. On the bright side, it sounds better
than 48kbps WMA.
