Try dBpowerAMP Music Converter ( www.dBpowerAMP.com )
After installing you can get lots of codec's from its website AND
INSTALL THEM in the program.
(those codec's are .exe files and they will find your directory
automaticly !)
After that ? Just right-click on every music file and choose : CONVERT
and Go !!!
