I really like the look of the new Ipod video 60gig but I want to be sure of
what I am getting...

I've heard itunes is a right pain and can mess around with your mp3
directories, is that correct?

Also, I want the device to act as a portable hard drive so when I got to my
mates, I can plug it in and copy large files etc to transfer to my pc, is
that possible? Would my mate have to have the drivers installed (XP) or
would it recognise an ipod or would it show us as a removable disc like
other mp3 players do?
