Yes - particularly as he's "from German so that are the german note-names".
I'm always sensitive to the international, legal niceties of these things,
so I've changed my mind about him getting his hands on my "B#"'s. I don't
want to end up in some German jail just for helping one of them out with
some spare notes. And don't call me Shirley.

True - though you can also get chords, if you look hard enough. LSD, DMT,
GHB, THC . . . . . . it's a buyer's market out there. I say he should just
say "no". Or "yes", depending on his circumstances.
