It's run in Russia, which has very peculiar copyright laws. If it was
located in the USA, it would be blatantly criminal. In Russia, it's just
shady. If you use it, don't let anybody know. You can definitely receive
legal threats from the RIAA and record labels, though your guess is as
good as mine, as to what the result of any court action would be.
