How is it broke, let me count the ways:

No kill file worth mentioning. Filters only applied to incoming messages
and even then, don't work.

Fails to rewrap quoted text automatically and even when invoked with

Generates new accounts spontaneously and spuriously unless the user
names at least one account "news".

wide open to viruses, rootkits and just piss poor programming endemic
amongst Micro$loth coders?
