Yeah, I read. I'm on a dual *core* setup here - P4 Prescott 3.0Ghz.
(Flamethrower, woohoo.)

Going from a DVD and using default settings my fps is about 23 compared
to your 33. Even taking the difference in CPU speeds into account you've
definitely got the edge on your G5.
