I didn't suggest the various P2P options because you specified "safe".
With over 8,000 lawsuits filed by the RIAA against people using the P2P
networks it's not exactly what I'd call safe. There are ways to minimize the
already small risk, but it gets expensive quickly if you're one of the lucky
ones they tag. If you're going that route you might as well go for the top
of the line: a good Bit Torrent client, such uTorrent, and Shareaza or eMule
plus or both.
The thing with the Russian mafia is that you want to either use Paypal
and their proxy company to handle the transaction or use a limited use
credit card with a small balance.
