The iAudio X5L is almost a perfect fit. The sound quality can not be
beat. It has all the features listed above with one caveat. There are
two ways to hook it to the computer: (1) is through the "sub-pack" via
USB. This allows syncing downloading uploading, etc..(2) there is
another universal USB on the side that you can allso use to plug
digital cameras, etc. into. It ALSO is the only way to get
subscription services like Yahoo! Music Unlimited, and Napster to load
songs onto it. The sub pack is no big deal, just leave it on the end
of the USB cable when you take the X5L away from the desk (unless you
need to charge it away from home-which is highly unlikely considering
the great battery life). I love this player. I use it specifically
for Flac, Ogg and Janus DRM files. Because the sound quality is so
much better than MP3 (btw, its signal to noise ration is 95. That's as
better than any other DAP on the market).
