Figured it out. It's the iTunes XML file.
To clean it out - Check all Genres are correct - Close iTunes and make sure
iPod not connected - Delete the file iTunes.XML from My Music/iTunes
folder(or from where ever).
You may have to close other iTunes hidden applications (Ctrl,Alt,Delete for
Task manager)

Open iTunes and it will remake the XML file with only the standard and your
Genres.
