and then when you tell Total Recorder where to find it, you can record
MP3 at bit rates of up to 320.
Total Recorder is an excellent program and the Professional Edition is
well worth having for a few dollars more. Enables you to cut and trim
sound files and to insert navigation break points into long MP3 files
too.
As far as MP3 goes, I find that for voice radio 44 Mhz and 128 bps
gives you adequate sound quality. Go below that and you start to notice
the difference.
