Is there an inexpensive program I can use to remove the hiss from
MP3's.
I record radio programs to my PC using Replay Radio so I can listen to
them in my car oin a Net MD player.
Sometimes if the radio signal is not perfect I get a lot of background
noise that I would like to remove if possible.
