Given that you state you are the "least cyber-savvy person on Earth" (and
I know some very UN cyber-savvy persons) don't you think that perhaps you
shouldn't spend two hours "screwing with" any program you have? Don't
you think it is inevitable that after two hours of un-cyber-savvy
screwing around that ANYTHING would be ready to crash?
Just a thought....and I'm just kidding.

You should check the pages at slyck.com. They have much information
about lots of options, p2p as well as other methods. Some are better
than others, sometimes just due to matters of personal preference and
sometimes due to size of network, security risk, etc. Only you can
determine what level of risk you are willing to expose yourself to in
order to share music and what level of complexity you are willing to try
and work with in order to do same.

Unfortunately the two aren't always mutually compatible, particularly
when you toss in that thorny issue of security.
Check http://www.slyck.com and see what they have there that interests
you.
Good luck.
