Of course they all have burn proofing.
I have the LG and it's very good. I haven't tested it with a variety of
different disks, only Riteks. The LG has the advantage of being able to burn
DVD RAM disks as well as + & - and is only 30, which makes it a few quid
cheaper than some, if not most, of the rivals.
