One of the websites used to list all the compatible media for diffent
writers. At that time it was just the Pioneer and NEC. Now there are so many
different writers that their job will be a lot more difficult. I don't
foresee any problem with that media working with the LG. I think the crap,
cheap media is the most likely to cause problems. I've tried cheap media in
the past, and you definitely get what you pay for. Stick with the Riteks
every time. The additional cost is minimal and the reliability is much
better. The - media is the one that seems to work with more standalones,
although many standalones also play + media. I've never used any + media at
all. There are far fewer types of + media for sale, and the cost is often
more.
