No, the previous poster is correct - duty is only payable on larger orders,
as if less than �7 (the sterling equivalent of 10euros) it is waived. At
3.5% for DVDs that makes the limit before duty is charged �200, as noted,
which means that on any normal DVD order duty will not be charged, only the
VAT and the carrier charge. I used to keep correcting this, but gave when
everybody kept ignoring me!
