ANC. The damage was under a thin corrugated cardboard tube (front fork)
They're getting snotty- getting the vibe they won't accept a refund unless I
pay shipping, and even if I drop the bike into the shop/warehouse they
somehow will still charge me for postage. WTF? Apparently because they think
I ordered a wrong size (I was concerned if it was the right size, and phoned
up to cancel but it was sent out) I bought a 52cm frame, on the box & bike
it's 52cm, however my own measurement has shown it's 47cm. I have a 52cm MTB
and sat in several 52cm bikes and they fitted. If it were a true 52cm frame
I think it'll be ok however I would still return it due to the damage, it's
just that Kona have a non-standard sizing method. Apparently to them
52cm=47cm (and so on up the range)

They thought I made this damage up as a reason to return it. Their reasons
for my cancellation/framing size has little relevance because it is damaged.

Hope they all die of cancer. Bastards.
