i've purchased an item on ebay for 131quid and it has failed to arrive
in3weeks. spoke to the seller by phone once in the first week and he is now
dodging my calls.

im almost certain ive been scammed.

what are my options? ive already filed a complaint to paypal and they are
investigating but how likely is it that i will get back my money. im only a
student and cant afford to loose this much
