Well you could buy the bike to help carry DVD's. :-)

I just visited my local bike shop, and told of Kona's unwillingness to help
me out. I need three bikes- FS MTB, Racer and fast city tourer. Mate would
need another, and brother also. Now I'm never going to buy another Kona
bike- so for a few quid they will lose picking up mine and replacing it with
another (I'm willing to hand over extra for the Dr Dew 52cm as I asked for)
they've lost several thousands pounds of custom alone within a short
timeframe, and not forgetting in the future when I need to replace those..

Stupid.
