I recently had to attend a job of this nature. the vehivle was parked
such that people exiting the junction could not see traffic coming from
the right except for the last 15 metres or so. I phoned the RO and had
him move it. Had I not been able to get hold of him I would NOT have
ticketed him...

... I'd have had the vehicle recovered. £120 plus £20 a day. Heh!
