I havn't used CD-wow in years, they still good to avoid customs?

i've noticed a few ebay people selling Lost for about �35 and guaranteeing
no customs charge....one guy had 54 left at �29.99 so I figured there must
be some european dvd shop with them for about �25 but all i can find is
dvdsoon and i know that isn't customs safe.
