I would still hate them for assuming the God-given right to stop me driving.
If I want to protest by not buying petrol, I'll fucking well decide that for
myself. Who the fuck are they to choose for me?

I wonder if you'd look upon fuel strikes so favourably if it caused you a
personal loss, eg:

- couldn't get to work (lost wages),
- you owned a business which couldn't make deliveries (lost customers),
- couldn't get medical help if needed (doctors/ambulances need petrol),
- couldn't reach a sick relative,
- had to cancel a pre-booked holiday,
- kids couldn't get to school,
- couldn't get essential foods / medicines from shops,
- infinite number of knock-on effects that would seriously disrupt your
life.

Hypocrite.
