Which is why they want to charge you by the mile instead!
Electric cars may happen very soon, even before the GOV tries to force
GPS trackers to be fitted to every car :-) ...
Toshiba are developing a Li-Ion battery that can be recharged 80% in 1
minute,
and only loses something like 1% of capacity after 1000 charge/discharge
cycles...
