Yup I also agree. Thats the whole point of having Feedback scores also so
you can decide BEFORE sending any money if others have had bad experiances
with the same person.

Paypal always find in favour of the buyer if goods have not arrived, unless
the seller can provide a trackable consignment number that has a POD (proof
of delivery) signature showing that someone at the buyers address signed for
the item. So you should have our money back, usually within 14 days from
filing a complaint.
