You'll need to use BitTorrent

The best client (IMO) is Azureus but you will also have to have Java
1.5 installed first

http://azureus.sourceforge.net to download both

Then you need to find it on a Tracker site, I found it on ThePirateBay

http://thepiratebay.org/details.php?id=3386363 is the one I
downloaded, it currently has over 1000 seeders so you should be able
to max out your bandwidth!

Just one thing - ALWAYS seed (upload / share) a file till you have at
least a 1:1 ratio after you have finished downloading it! This is what
keeps BT alive... Azureus will take care of all this for you in a very
nice interface.

So if you have a 2MB download / 256KB upload ADSL you will be
uploading for at least 8x the time it took you to download...

This file is an XviD encoded AVI so you'll need a codec to play it.
Best bet is K-Lite codec pack available from
http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm

It also comes with Media Player Classic which is a fantastic little
media player.
