Chargeback means you go to your bank (or contact your credit card
company) and dispute the charges made by DVD Soon, in this case on the
grounds that they didn't deliver the goods you were charged for.
But I guess you didn't do that since you can log in again. :)

I went to the bank early August, got most of my money back from VISA
in mid-August, and DVD Soon locked my account this past week-end.
