That postcode sounds like a generic one (like DVLA have) probably pointing
to a postbox or something.

YOu can also try www.parcel2go.com - run by DHL and costs 8.99 (last time I
checked)
If you opt for parcelforce - try 08708 501150 - tell them that the postcode
is correct and they'll add it in so long as you have the address as well.
