Just about as OT as you can get for this group, but I'd like to ask opinions
on what to do in regard to this.

My mum lives on a higher level to her next door neighbour and the prick has
knocked down the wall that holds back the soil from slipping into his
garden - the same soil also supports my mum's fence. As a consequence
autumnal weather is now taking its toll and gradually my mum's garden is
being undermined and pretty soon her fence and load of soil is going to slip
into his garden.

He has been warned three times already by myself to sort it out before it
all comes crashing down but hasn't done anything but put up a few useless
props.

Apart from punching the twat what should be my first course of action?

Any advice gratefully received
