I reported a problem I had with a rental copy of "the terminal" from
cinema pardiso. I complained that the disc had a few small cracks near
the centre of the disc, and could I have a replacement. So, they've sent
me a replacement, BUT, they've taken that off the amount of DVD's I get
per month! I usually get 3 DVD's a month for £5.99, so by complaining
about a problem that wasn't my fault, I've lost the chance of getting 3
DVD's per month!
Sigh... does anyone know of a similar deal elsewhere? I'm thinking of
moving on now, because of this policy.....
