No go, I'm afraid! I can get onto the website using dial-up (Virgin and
Tiscali) but not using broadband. I've rebooted the router twice, rebooted
the computer god knows how many times, tried using *wired* instead of
wireless. Same result every time - I can get onto any website I want, except
the one I want!

Tiscali's website says there's a problem in Manchester, but I'm in Sarf
London, and I think immigrationboards is in London too, according to a
WHOIS?

My hope at the moment is that it is a Tiscali problem that they're fixing;
there's certainly something up, because their support helpline is so busy
that they're not even letting people hang on...

Fingers crossed - and still grateful for any other suggestions!
