Whenever I backup stuff on DVD I use DVD ROM ISO (in nero - first option)

I tried burnign soemthingover 2gb today and it told me to use DVD ROM UDF
instead.

Whats teh difference? Whats the best option for general data abckup
(divx,mp3s, word files?)

While I am here, whatst he most reliable media to use ATM? Last bought my
discs ages ago and they are running out - Writer is a Pioneer 110d -
currently using Datawrite Yellow V2 (always liked DW so would stick with
them)
