I'm sure he'd rather have curled up and died without Sky camped on the
hospital doorstep, but it's not his fault everyone's pissed off hearing
about him. Anyway, he died from complications and diseases caught as a
result of the transplant. His medication made him susceptible to infection.
Apparently he was off the piss.
