You'll probably have to go down the well known "chick-flick" route.

A Lot Like Love (Ashton Kutcher & Amanda Peet)
In Good Company (Scarlett Johansson, Topher Grace & Dennis Quaid)

or for slightly more drama
Closer (Julia Roberts, Clive Owen, Natalie Portman & Jude Law
Garden State (Zach Braff & Natalie Portman) < highly recommended
