The Kemp one was originally supposed to be the first one shown, but
when Gervais was on the Jonathan Ross show, Ross said he didn't think
the Kemp one was as funny as the Stiller one, so they switched the
running order.

Wrong move IMHO, as I thought the Kemp episode was the funniest one of
the entire series.
