It is more or less standard. Whatever the DVBD recorder is recording is what
you will get on the AV channel - and that can mean an nalogue channel if
that's that the DVD-R machine is set to.

The only way I can think of to get round it would be to use SCART leads with
all the "control" pins disconnected.
