Got to agree and a month is ridiculous in any case. ISTR reading about case
a year or so ago where someone got there money back after about a year of
watching some kids tv channel had left a logo burned in, Disney or BBC kids
or similar. I think it went to court but they settled before the case was
heard (so they didnt create a precedent I'm sure)
