The RAM files from my recorder have an *.vro extention, and 2 other small
files.
I copy it all onto my PC, then rename the *.vro - .mpg, it will then play
on the PC - WinDVD, PowerDVD. This can be burned to a DVD: Nero - DVD UDF.

If I want to chapter it/DVD format, I load it into DVD Author, when I've
finished, it creates the necessary files, then Nero - DVD Video burns it as
a recognisable DVD.

Pretty basic description, and done in a hurry, but should be enough to get
you started.

Other, more intelligent, people will respond shortly, I'm sure.
