When I record NTL, horizontal lines appear on the TV screen, but when I tape
channels 1, 2, 3, and 4, no lines are there.
Is this caused by the scart lead going from my NTL box into my video, and if
so , should I get a gold plated scart cable ?
If this problem is NOT caused by the Scart cable, what is causing it ?
