HD and Blu-Ray are 2 competing standards for high-def video DVDs...it
may wind up like the Beta vs VHS war as in the 80s.....some studios are
going with one format, while others are going with another....so at the
end of the day, we consumers will wind up deciding which we prefer, and
whoever invests in the unpopular technology may get screwed! So
unfortunately, I'm holding off on any HD DVD until it becomes clear
which format will be popular enough to become standard..
