I've used them for a long time even when they were called Future.
I had one missing DVD and they sent another copy with no
problems although it has been pointed out before the T&C's
cover their collective backsides very well:)

They are competitive on price (always get a 50p discount voucher on
the receipt from any purchase) and delivery is good, no customs
issues either.
