Hi Marcus just had the same fault with my nearest and dearest i bought last
year, here goes you send you copy back with it receipt to the po box address
on top of your receipt, recorded post and then ring up in 4-5 days and get
them to send a replacement not refund to you when they have your returned
faulty disk, they ask you for the recorded slip number to prove you sent it
back, if you haven got a receipt ring them up for advice
