First, its Liquid EDITION not ADDITION (do you really have it
installed??). What version of Edition are you actually using? What
manuals? Edition is NOT a program you pick up and use right away. The
interface (even the "newer" one) still does not make editing and
capturing easy right out of the box. You have to actually READ the
manual. Unlike Studio, where I was using it without opening the manual.
I don't know how much time you have spent with Liquid Edition, but have
you ever been to their user forums
(http://webboard.pinnaclesys.com/read_forums.asp?WebboardID=14&SectionID=85&lng=1)?
Thousands of messages covering just about every topic. Have you been and
used Pinnacle's online video tutorials
http://vfwtech.com/liquid/Links/Tutorials_pinnacle.htm yet?
From reading your posts, you were not specific in what problems you
were having with either product. Have you tried the user forums for Studio?
I am not saying that these programs are bug-free... none of the NLE's
are. You will find complaints in every forum. But, it works for me
(right now at least. Maybe tomorrow, who knows?).
Maybe if you were more specific in the nature of your problems, you
might be able to get some help.
Just another question, you do have a second drive for capture, right?
And you do have LE configured for using it, right?
