Not a problem. They speak the same NTFS :)

It works faster, but I experience some glitches here and there, but wonder 
if it is incompatibility of applications, or Win 64 behaving silly.

Yes, then you can find out problems, because if you have a look in the 
microsoft windows 64 newsgroup, one's problems are not the other's (hey, 
just like Studio 9 ;-)  ). Oh, if you need good help, check out that 
newsgroup. there is a bunch of knowledgeable people, including some 
MS-staff of the x64 group.
