geez, didn't know that about 10. le based? hmmmmm. then it should be
good.
the studio 9 campaign has been a disaster for pinnacle. in fact, i've
spoken with some of their former employees who left just as studio 9 was
being released when pinnacle launched the studio 9 software with an internal
tee shirt and office campaign that read, "to hell with the documentation,
full speed ahead" because the documentation wasn't ready when the software
was ready for release so they were going to just put an auto update that hit
pinnacles website and grab the current documentation (which was still under
development and wouldn't be finished for another 7 months) wow.
those two guys both said it was their opinion that when 9 was released it
was a beta version and that pinnacle used the public to "learn" the fixes
needed. historically, folks either find that studio 9 works or it doesn't.
there's not partial. for everyone who has had a terrible experience as have
i there are 3 who haven't experienced a single problem. who knows? i'm
filed an official complaint at pinnacle and curious to learn of their
resolve to me.
