will do on letting you know. as far as the upgrade, over this problem, i've
talked to the regional respresentative and he said when 10 comes out, 9
users get the upgrade for something in the range of $20 so he asked if i
could just hang in there for that, let alone their considering something
else for compensation also due to this problem costing me business :o(
