thanks for the input Specs and just learned today from a luncheon with a
broadcaster who "has the facts" that there are more than a dozen regular
weekly shows being produced with panasonic dvx100a's AND that there are
nearly two and a half times the number of panasonic dvx100a's in the field
at televisions than there are sony's fx1 & z1u's combined. that's amazing!
guess that should tell us all what we should be doing, huh? guess part of
the reason is that by and far tv stations have been pleased with panasonic's
dvcpro that litterally captured the digital tv market and has become the
STANDARD like sony used to be with beta. guess, there's a NEW LEAD horse,
huh?

thanks for all the help guys and for the lead in this matter and i hope to
report back some good results forthcoming next month OR "o geez, what do i
do now?"
