I see sarcasm is still not understood?
I have had the displeasure to travel extensively in the US (not to mention
the rest of the world) and have probably seen more of it than most of you
hicks that live there.
Its not a question of limited technology its more a question of a country
that operates ruthless capitalism where people are marginalised either
through location, income or race as was seen in New Orleans. Where there is
a will there is a way.
