 I fully expected that sort of reply which just serves to show the typical US
 citizen only understands superficial arguments.  The point regarding the
 mythological Al Qaeda was indeed too subtle for you.
 
 You are obviously unaware that the Bush administration coined the term Al
 Qaeda a long time before Osama Bin Laden ever did.  OBL began using the term
 after he realised that was what the Bush administration was calling him and
 his CIA trained cadres.  Any asian teen that's dissafected and is motivated
 by an extreme interpretation Islam to carry out an atrocity is suddenly
 elevated to a member of Al Qaeda.  All this mythologising is proof positive
 that one should be careful what one wishes for.
