that is some really interesting reading and does exploit exactly what i am
seeing in the output. i am guessing that the camera has a setting on it
that adjustable for recording format and becuase it's a testing unit someone
has set it messing around (or even me when i was punching buttons to see
what they do) and got the order set to top field first when the software
selected bottom field first. will try the modified capture and our output
setting this evening and see if that's it. geez, always something. one
must know what all those swtiches mean in LIQUID output - - AND - - the
manual is not very helfful at all at explaining a lot of this other than
this switch controls this element (BUT) what is it that that element does,
your supposed to already know :o)

guess i better get one of those suggested readings huh? maybe the "dummies"
one? :o)
