Too many people loose track of the question.

Simple solution...

Look here on EBay: Item number: 7561749692

A very adequate 4 CD set with various cuts that he will be free to use for
$24.95.

If this isn't what he needs, there are lots more to choose from on EBay.

I don't think "stealing" is a solution, but if it's "just for Granny", I
seriously doubt the "music police" would bother.

....let he who is without sin cast the first stone...

Yeah, yeah, there is right and wrong, and it may be wrong, but sheesh it's
not like we're talking mass duplication and sales here. It's a home video
for the family.

Make the video and make Granny happy. If you don't think you'll be able to
sleep at night because you used some unauthorized music...don't do it and
buy a few CD's on EBay.

Sheesh guys...try and keep it simple...
